PATIENTS CORRESPONDENCE

Patient Correspondence Cell (PCC) also known as Patient Relations Cell (PRC) is functioning in this institute to facilitate the poor and needy patients who are residing far away with a dual purpose to inform them about the departments available in this hospital and procedure to be adopted to get treatment here.

The patient Correspondence Cell is receiving a large number of queries from the patients through post, couriers and in person and sends detailed replies to them. Apart from these the PCC attends e mails and fax messages sent by the patients, and sends appropriate replies.

For the patients who are policy holders in insurance companies as per the request of he insurance companies, the PCC sends replies with the prescribed forms duly filled by the Head of the Departments.

In addition to the above the PCC answers in detail all the enquiries of the patients in person or over phone.
